Codes expire after five minutes. Check spam, confirm you used your work email exactly as it appears on the account, then request a new code. If it still does not arrive, your mail server may be filtering us — tell us and we will check delivery.
Lead times are set by each brand and start from the moment they accept your order — the estimate is shown on the order. If you are past it, message us with the order number and we will chase the brand directly.
Report shortages, damage, and mis-shipments within 5 business days of delivery with photographs and the order number. We will open it with the brand and can hold settlement while the claim is being resolved.
Failed debits hold the invoice and pause new orders until it is settled. The usual causes are insufficient funds or a revoked bank connection. Reconnect the account from your billing settings and tell us — we will retry the collection.
Both live in your account area: add shipping properties under Properties, and invite colleagues under Team, choosing the role their job needs. Administrators can remove access at any time.
Apply as a brand and tell us about your line, wholesale terms, and shipping coverage. We curate for fit, so we review every application rather than opening the catalog to everyone.
