What the walkthrough covers
- The merchant flow
- A brand partner signs in, reviews its connected store and the read-only permissions granted, and works through a catalogue where every product shows its source, its publication state, and whether its wholesale terms are complete.
- The customer flow
- An approved hotel browses the brand's storefront, sees wholesale price, case pack, minimum order and lead time, builds an order request, meets the brand's order minimum, and submits. Nothing is charged at submission.
- Approval and settlement
- The request arrives in the brand's queue with its next action. An approved order shows line items, destination property, and the full money breakdown — gross, platform fee, and net to the brand.
